Troubleshooting: Mergo Cannot Read My Document

If you're encountering an error message that says "Sorry, mergo cannot read this doc" when trying to merge your Google Sheet with a Google Doc, it's likely because the document you're attempting to use is not in a compatible format.

Mergo is designed to work seamlessly with Google Drive documents, but it cannot process Microsoft Word documents (.docx) or other non-Google formats directly.

To resolve this issue, you need to convert your document to a Google Docs format. Here's how:

1. Open the document in Google Drive.
2. Click on File > Save as Google Docs.
3. Once the conversion is complete, open Mergo on this new Google Docs file.
