Why Can't I See All My Draft Emails in Mergo?
Users sometimes encounter an issue where not all draft emails appear within Mergo. This is primarily due to Google's time limitations, which restrict our ability to fetch and display an unlimited number of drafts from your Gmail account.
As a result, Mergo retrieves the 15 most recent drafts based on their last update date. If the draft you wish to use for your email campaign isn't showing up in Mergo, there's a simple workaround:
- Open the draft in Gmail.
- Make a minor edit, such as adding and then removing a space, to update the draft's last modification date.
This action moves your draft to the top of the list, making it the first draft available in Mergo for your email campaign setup.
Additionally, if you have previously scheduled an email campaign that uses a specific draft, Mergo will be able to retrieve that draft for use, regardless of whether there are 15 more recent drafts in your Gmail account.
