Managing your Mergo subscription shouldn't be a hassle. With Stripe’s user-friendly platform, you can easily handle tasks like downloading receipts, updating billing information, canceling subscriptions, and changing your payment method.
In this article, we will guide you through each step, empowering you to have full control of your Mergo subscription management experience.
Note: Mergo uses Paypal and Stripe as its payment gateways. This means that Mergo does not have access to (and will never ask for) your Credit Card or Banking information. Learn more.
Info: This article is for customers whose subscriptions were processed by Stripe (one of Mergo's payment gateway).

Accessing your Mergo Customer Portal
1. Click this link to access your Mergo Customer Portal (subscription page).
2. Enter your email address (with the Mergo subscription), then click Send.
Info: If the email you provided matches the one we have on file, then we will send you an email containing the link for accessing your Mergo Customer Portal. Otherwise, no email will be sent.
- Check your email with the link to your Customer Portal (subscription page).
If you don't receive it, be sure to check your Spam folder.
Click the Log in button.
📌 This link will only be active for 30 minutes. Once it expires, you need to repeat Steps 1 & 2.
4. This will bring you to your Mergo Customer Portal (subscription page) where you can update billing information, change payment method, and download receipt(s).
Canceling Subscriptions
Canceling your subscription is hassle-free and puts you in control of your financial commitments.
Sometimes, circumstances change, and you may need to cancel your subscription. Canceling subscriptions is a hassle-free process with the Customer Portal. To cancel, simply:
1. From the Customer Portal, click Cancel plan.
2. Click Cancel subscription (B).
Info: You will also see on the Cancel page the following:
- Detailed current plan.
- Pause subscription option.
- Checkmark to automatically resume/renew your subscription on the renewal date (last day of your subscription).
3. Click the Cancel plan button (E).
Changing Payment Method
Stripe makes it simple for you to change your payment method for your Mergo subscription. Here's how you can do it:
1. From the Customer Portal, click Add payment method.
2. Enter all relevant information requested by the form: card number, expiration, CVC, and country. Optional: Put a check on the Use as default payment checkmark.
- Click Add.
Updating Billing Information
Keeping your billing information up to date ensures a seamless payment experience. To update your billing information for your Mergo subscription, follow these steps:
1. From the Customer Portal, click the pencil icon beside Update information.
2. Update the following fields as needed: Name, Address, Phone number, and Tax ID.
3. Click SAVE once finished updating.
Downloading Receipts
Keeping track of your historical subscription payments is essential, and Stripe makes it easy to download your receipts. To do this:
1. From the Customer Portal, locate the relevant subscription from the Invoice History section, then click it.
2. Click Download receipt.
3. Check your download folder for the receipt generated by Mergo (via Stripe).
