Resuming an Aborted Email Campaign

If you have aborted an email campaign and wish to resume it, you can easily do so without the need to start from scratch. This feature is particularly useful if you needed to stop the campaign to make adjustments to your data or to modify your email draft.

To resume an aborted campaign, follow these simple steps:

1. Close the spreadsheet you were using for your campaign.
2. Reopen the spreadsheet to refresh the data.
3. Launch Mergo by clicking on the menu entry to start a new merge.
4. Mergo will recognize the rows that have already been processed and will only send emails to the remaining contacts.

This means you can continue your campaign from where you left off without having to worry about duplicate emails being sent.

If you wish to pause your campaign temporarily, you can use the pause button located next to the abort button. This option is useful if you anticipate resuming your campaign without making changes. Should you decide to not resume a paused campaign, you can still choose to abort it.
