Why Are Emails Marked as Responded Not Delivered?
If you notice that emails you sent through Mergo are marked as responded but you do not see any replies in your inbox, this could be due to Mergo incorrectly tagging a bounce notification as a response to your email. Bounce notifications appear in the email thread in the same way that a response would, and Mergo checks the sender's email address (e.g., mailer-daemon@googlemail.com) to determine whether it is a bounce notification indicating that the message was not delivered, or a valid response from the recipient.
If you encounter this issue, please forward the bounce notification to support@mergo.app. By doing so, we can add it to our list of known bounce notifications and ensure that it will be correctly tagged as a bounce rather than a response in future occurrences.
