How to Refresh Tracking Data in Mergo for Accurate Campaign Metrics
If you are conducting live tests or actively monitoring your email campaign, you may want to see the most recent tracking information for opens, clicks, and responses. Mergo updates tracking data automatically every hour, but you can also manually refresh the report for immediate updates.
To manually refresh your tracking data:
- Open Mergo
- Select the "Campaign tracking report" menu
- Locate the campaign you wish to check if you are in Gmail (in Google Sheets the right campaign is automatically displayed).
- Click on the 'Refresh' button associated with the tracking report.

After manually refreshing, any new interactions with your emails will be displayed in the tracking report. This is especially useful when you need up-to-date information before sending follow-ups to ensure that you are reaching out to the right recipients.
Note that Mergo automatically refreshes the tracking report before sending any follow-up emails. This ensures that no follow-up is sent to recipients who have already opened or responded to the initial email.
