Resuming a Follow-Up Campaign After Stopping It
Customers often inquire about the possibility of resuming a follow-up campaign after it has been stopped. If you've found yourself in a situation where you've initiated a follow-up campaign but had to stop it, and now wish to resume it, here's what you need to know.
Unfortunately, once a follow-up campaign is stopped, there is currently no direct way to resume it. This is because stopping the campaign effectively ends the current sequence, making it impossible to continue from where it left off.
However, we offer a workaround that can help you achieve a similar outcome. You can use the 'Send as Reply' feature, which allows you to send new messages within the same email thread. This feature is particularly useful for maintaining the context of your conversation and ensuring a seamless experience for your recipients.
For those looking to send follow-ups to specific segments of your audience, such as recipients who have not yet responded, we recommend utilizing our segmentation tools. These tools allow you to filter and target your audience effectively, ensuring that your messages reach the right people at the right time.

As an alternative, you have the option to add a new row at the end of your spreadsheet and initiate a new "Mail merge" using Mergo. Mergo will exclusively send an email for this new row, preventing the duplication of emails to previous recipients. Once this new "campaign" is completed, you will regain access to the Follow-up menu, enabling you to send follow-up emails to all recipients in the current spreadsheet tab.
