Why Are Some Campaigns Missing from Mergo Campaign History?

If you notice that some of your prior campaigns are missing from Mergo's campaign history, it could be due to one of the following reasons:

• You may have deleted the spreadsheet or sheet tab that is linked to the specific campaign you are looking for.
• If you have conducted many campaigns with Mergo, not all of them might be listed in your campaign history due to the volume of campaigns.

To locate your campaigns, if you have not deleted the Google Sheet linked to that campaign, you can search for it in your Google Drive. Upon opening the spreadsheet, you will be able to see all the merge statuses, which includes information on how many of your emails were opened, clicked, and received a response.
