How to request a refund?

Info: Only the registered subscriber can request a refund. 

⚠️ If a different email address is used in the email request (not the one registered in the Mergo subscription), authentication procedures will be implemented to ensure account ownership. 

Mergo only offers refunds on these conditions:

Duplicate charges from Paypal or Stripe.

The relevant account has a Yearly or Lifetime subscription,
AND  

That Yearly or Lifetime subscription has  never been used after the purchase (or renewal) date.

Info: All refunds will be sent back to the payment method of your original payment. Money should be refunded in the currency you originally selected. If PayPal is unable to refund you in the original currency, or your primary currency, you'll be refunded in US dollars (USD).

Note: Due to Paypal's refund policy, we can only offer a partial refund (less the PayPal fee).
